Capcade’s product development team in Novi Sad is growing and we are looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter). You will be part of a self-organized Agile team that is working on our FinTech product which is shaping how financial transactions are sourced, negotiated and executed. 


We need you to help us build a better product by having the freedom to impact all stages of development - from idea, through development to delivery. As the product is our responsibility, we are happy to be able to choose the technology that is best suited to the needs of the product. Your ideas, decisions and skills will matter and will make an impact on our product and the company itself.


Within our working environment we have a flat team structure, no middle management, communication that is direct and transparent between all team members. In addition, we have an in-house product management team, so there is no communication overhead.

 

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible for participating in product development, from idea to delivery. You will work on groundbreaking product features, issues, and improvements that are critical to the success of Capcade.


  • Participate in product development from idea to delivery.
  • Design and develop the overall architecture of cross-platform mobile applications
  • Focus on creating clean code 
  • Maintain quality to ensure the great performance of applications
  • Collaborate with other team members, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and Product owner
  • Strengthen your knowledge in a new, emerging, and exciting technology

 

Requirements and qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in some of programming languages: Flutter, Kotlin/Java, Swift
  • Great passion for Flutter and developing cross-platform mobile applications
  • Advanced programming skills and in-depth understanding of OOP concepts and reactive programming
  • Team player: Love to collaborate with others and rather ask for help than try to invent the wheel a second time
  • Excellent communication skills, including good writing, talking and presenting abilities in English
